In an effort to maintain situational awareness of ESF8 resources and create a method to comply with SMAT II and SMAT III MOA/contract scope of work, we have created a submission form that is accessible on line. Submission of this form is required to meet the contract items below:
- Will notify the Division as soon as practicable, if deployed within the local or regional jurisdiction on a non-SERT mission, including any exercises or training missions.
- If any supplied equipment or vehicles will be out of service for greater than 3 days, the Division must be notified in writing or by phone.
